About Me

I’m passionate about life and genuinely grateful for every opportunity I have to serve others. No matter the setting, it means a great deal to me to be able to use my gifts to build and grow alongside people.

I’ve always had a strong love for learning. Over time, that’s shown up in a personal library of hundreds of books, as well as a constant desire to stay engaged—whether through coursework, seminars, or simply meaningful conversations with those who have gone before me. Outside of that, I value the simple things most: Jesus, family, sunsets, and sports.

In both my professional work and everyday interactions, I try to approach people with intention—to uplift, to connect, and to contribute in a way that reflects love. At the center of it all is my faith and a genuine appreciation for people, which continues to shape how I live, serve, and build.

BIO

Dwan “D” Riggins is an entrepreneur, human performance specialist, and Creative committed to helping people grow, lead, and live with intention. Passionate about life and grateful for every opportunity to serve, Dwan uses her gifts to build and develop others in any environment she’s in.

Dwan holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Florida, an M.S. in Sports Management from Florida State University, and an M.S. in Kinesiology from A.T. Still University. Her academic background, paired with real-world experience, gives her a practical and well-rounded approach to performance, leadership, and personal development.

Her expertise spans fitness and wellness, leadership, public speaking, finance and accounting, and youth development. With strengths in organizing, branding and design, and planning and events, Dwan brings both vision and execution to everything she does.

As a writer, worship leader, songwriter, and producer, Dwan blends faith, creativity, and personal development to inspire transformation and connection. A lifelong learner with a deep love for growth, she is constantly investing in knowledge, mentorship, and meaningful relationships.

Grounded in her faith in Jesus and guided by a genuine love for people, Dwan values family, community, and life’s simple moments. As a public speaker and philanthropist, her mission is to uplift, connect, and serve others in a way that leaves a lasting impact.
